• $4,200 Annually at $350 per month - OR -

• $3,990 Annually (5% discount) if paid in full up front

• Includes water

• Electrical hook-up available through EPB

C Dock

• Covered Wet Slip - 16' x 40'

• $4,860 Annually at $405 per month - OR -

• $4,617 Annually (5% discount) if paid in full up front

• Includes water

• Electrical hook-up available through EPB

PLEASE NOTE, Before admission to Browns Ferry Marina, the following transactions must be completed:

1. Application Approval.

2. Fully executed and signed lease agreement.

3. First month rent or annual fee paid in full.

4. Provide a photo of boat, copy of registration

and insurance policy (General Liability must

be at least $300,000).
